There are a lot of things that might make one stress and anxious. However the control is what proves that one is truly matured and is able to stay on to his emotion. Below are some proven tips that will help you maintain your emotional status even when the factors causing the stress remain fixed:

 • Take a time-out. Practice yoga, listen to soothing music like blues, jazz or reggea, meditate, get a massage, or learn relaxation techniques. Stepping back from the problem helps clear your head.

 • Eat well-balanced meals. Do not skip any meals. Do keep healthful, energy-boosting snacks on hand.

• Limit alcohol and caffeine, which can aggravate anxiety and trigger panic attacks. • Get enough sleep. When stressed, your body needs additional sleep and rest.
